Pestmaster’s Seasoned Management Team
Relies on Deep and Varied Experience for Success
As Henry Ford once said, “Working together is success.” That is the primary reason the management team at Pestmaster Services has been successful and has been able to offer success to our company’s franchisees. Our team of industry experts and management professionals has worked together to form a solid foundation upon which Pestmaster Services has flourished for nearly 40 years. To gain a perspective on their unique fitness for the positions they hold, meet the six members of our management team: Shelly Ichord, Jason Virden, Danny Campos, Darrick Bissell, and Stuart Mitchell.
Shelly Ichord – Vice President
Responsible for developing Pestmaster’s “green” strategies, advancing the company’s mission, and securing major service contracts, Shelly Ichord puts her nearly 20 years’ experience as an educator to work in her role as vice president. In this role, she also serves on Pestmasters’ Franchise Network Board of Directors where she shapes the company’s future by influencing important policy, procedure, and program decisions.
Jason Virden – General Manager and Contracts Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day business operation functions of Pestmaster Services, Jason Virden wears two hats as both General Manager and Contracts Manager. Virden manages more than $16 million in federal, state, and local contracts for Pestmaster, using his 30-plus years of experience in management and accounting. In addition to contracts, Virdoen oversees management of the company’s HR, accounting, and operations departments.
Danny Campos – National Franchise Development Manager
With more than 25 years of combined experience as a business owner, executive, and U. S. Army veteran, Danny Campos brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive spirit to his position as National Franchise Development Manager. Responsible for recruiting franchisees and business development strategy, Campos relies upon his career in the service industry, real estate, and corporate training to build and expand Pestmaster’s strong network of franchise businesses.
Darrick Bissell – Accounting and HR Manager
A U. S. Navy veteran with more than 20 years of experience in banking, accounting, and HR, Darrick Bissell uses his leadership, financial, and people skills for help make Pestmaster Services successful. Bissell earned his BS in Human Resources and Management from the University of Reno.
Stuart Mitchell – Management Consultant
Advising Pestmaster’s management team on a wide range of matters including product and service development, process improvement, and policies and procedures, Stuart Mitchell is an invaluable member of the management team. He is able to advise management team members and positively influence important business decisions based on his education and experience as a board-certified physician, veterinarian, entomologist, and clinical psychologist.
