There is no requirement to have prior industry experience in order to qualify to become a Pestmaster franchisee. In fact, some of our existing franchisees have enjoyed the success of launching a franchise with no previous experience. We look for men and women with a true entrepreneurial spirit and a focused drive to succeed in everything they do. Whether you are joining us as a semi-absentee owner (runs a business and hires a licensed individual to handle field operations), or you will be the only employee starting out, we always look to work with someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and isn’t afraid to get in the middle of any situation in order to find solutions to any challenge. Someone with no hang-ups in the area of sales calls and in –person service calls is definitely a plus. You must be coachable and willing to listen and follow directions and guidance, at least in the first several months. If becoming financially independent, being your own boss and creating a financially robust future for you and your family is your direction in life we want to talk to you.
