President, CEO, MBA:Jeff Van Diepen
Jeff Van Diepen founded the company in 1979. Jeff, a career Entrepreneur has started pest control operations from coast to coast and now has stepped into the international platform as well. With 36 franchises nationally and internationally, and several corporately owned and operated locations, PCT magazine has ranked Pestmaster the #75 pest control operation in the country, out of over 21,000 firms.
With the never ending drive to pursue excellence, Jeff is dedicated to always “raising the bar” of professionalism within the industry. Jeff is licensed in over 15 states, has received his Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E) credentials and has earned his MBA from Pepperdine University.
As a member of the National Pest Management Association, Jeff is part of the exclusive group (less than 3% of pest control companies) that have received the Quality Pro, Green Pro and Quality Pro Schools credentials.
Jeff has a passion to grow businesses and to mentor young PCO’s to embrace the unique profession of pest management. His years of experience and expertise in the industry has caused Jeff to become a sought after expert in the field by investment groups, attorney’s in legal matters and specification writers for complex industry solicitations. With a talented and capable team, Pestmaster has become one of only 45 companies to navigate themselves into a contract with the federal governments GSA Multiple Awards system.
Jeff is a proud father and grandfather and is an accomplished private pilot and hunter.
Vice President:Shelly Ichord
With 17 years in the field of education, Shelly serves as the Vice President of the company and plays a major role in steering the “Green” strategies for the company utilizing her experience as an educator. In her role, Shelly works closely with the finance staff, HR and Marketing Departments to ensure that the core of our mission statement is being advanced and adhered to daily. She is also involved with the start-ups of some of the largest government and utility projects Pestmaster has been awarded; some projects that are multi-million dollar projects.
Shelly also has a seat on the Pestmaster Services Franchise Network Board of Directors and has an active role in many of the decision-making policies and procedures that shape the Pestmaster franchise programs and network.
General Manager and Contracts Manager:Jason Virden
Mr. Virden joined Pestmaster Services in 2016 as the Business Development Manager. By 2017 he was promoted to Contracts Manager and led the Contracts Department to over $16M in Federal, State and local contracts sales. Mr. Virden has over 30 years of business experience with a focus on Accounting and General Management. In 2018 Mr. Virden was promoted to General Manager and Contracts Manager of Pestmaster Services.
Mr. Virden, along with his staff, is responsible for the daily operations in Contracts, Operations, Accounting and Human Resources.
National Franchise Development Manager:Danny Campos
As a veteran of the U.S Army, Danny learned the importance of strategy, teamwork and an attitude for success at a very early age in his adult life. With a twenty five-year career as a senior executive manager in three different industries, Danny comes with the knowledge and experience needed to enhance and build an already strong franchise recruitment strategy.
Danny is not unfamiliar with the entrepreneur experience, owning businesses in the services, real estate and corporate training industries with over 20 years combined experience. With a well-rounded resume, Danny brings the right experience in strategic planning, budgeting and growth initiatives to the table.
A grateful and proud father, husband and grandfather, Danny enjoys time with family, fishing, camping and travels to balance his home and work life.

Accounting and HR Manager:Brandi Boothe
Brandi Boothe is an Accounting professional with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and management roles. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2016 and plans to go back to obtain a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting by 2022.
Brandi is the proud mother of two boys, 19 years apart. Outside of work and raising her two boys, she is still able to spend time with family and friends to explore life and looks forward to every new adventure, either sought by or thrown at her.
Brandi’s love of numbers and people make her an excellent addition to the Pestmaster Services team and is eager to surpass her new role and grow within the company.
